This holding fee is to secure your beef for processing. This is $220 per quarter beef. Holding fee will be put towards the final invoice balance.

Our whole beef orders are available with the option of a custom cut sheet. If a cut sheet is not requested or declined, the beef will be processed with average cuts.
Our take home weight will average from 300-400 pounds. Weight is subject to change depending on the beef.
Our half beef orders average take home weight is from 150-200 pounds with average cuts. Weight is subject to change depending on the beef.
Our quarter beef orders average take home weight is from 80-100 pounds with average cuts. Weight is subject to change depending on the beef.
