Yes, to a point. Our cattle are born on our ranch where they naturally wean themselves from their mother and have an easy transition into eating pasture grass. They eat pasture grass as well as locally baled hay. Our cattle also have free access to minerals and a protein lick that falls under the grass fed guidelines. 

Our breeding stock are the ones who receive annual vaccines to continue to build their health and quality of life. The cattle that we bring to our processor do not have any antibiotic or vaccines injected into them. If any of our cattle require an antibiotic to better serve their value of life due to a medical situation, it is documented and announced with the processing of the beef. 

The simple answer is, no. We do not add any growth hormones, steroids, animal byproducts (commonly found in mass production beef), dyes, or any additives. We keep our intended beef cattle free of any deworming, injections, and harmful ingredients that could potentially alter the quality of our beef.

Yes, our cattle that are prepared for the processor are fed continuous grass hay and pasture grasses until they are loaded up in our trailer to go to the processor.

We pride ourselves in being able to provide detailed information about the beef that is purchased. Upon request, we do provide a copy of the profile of the beef purchased. The profile includes DOB, breed, mother‘s name & tag number, castration date if applicable, weaning date, diet, any protein/minerals that were accessible, processing date, location, and any additional medical records during their life here with us.

If you purchase a FULL beef, you have the opportunity to fill out the beef cut request form. If the form is not completed and sent to us by the time the beef is processed, the cuts will default to our 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 assorted steaks and cuts.

You can always ask for more of a specific cut regardless of the package, we will try our best but not guaranteed.

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after payment is received. After the 24 hours, there are no refunds. All sales are final.

Yes, up to 24 hours after initial payment is received. If the holding fee differs on the final order, the amount will reflect on the final invoice. This can result in more or less being due on the final notice depending on the changes made.

The beef is processed at Hudson Processing here in Central Wyoming. They have a state-of-the-art USDA processing facility where they process and vacuum packed and pre-frozen to ensure the best quality possible for your cuts.

Absolutely! We respect everyone’s thoughts and beliefs when it comes to seeing what you are receiving. Upon request, we can provide photos of their life here with us. 

Yes, however this is at the consumers expense. We highly recommend looking into overnight shipping, however due to our location, we understand that prices can be a little out there. If you choose anything outside of our recommendations, we are not responsible for the quality of the product after it leaves our possession.

To an extent. We make trips to Colorado on a regular basis. If we can communicate a meeting time and location along the way of our drive, arrangements can be discussed. Please contact us to confirm before purchasing. Time frames are not consistent and never guaranteed.

Dubois, Lander, Casper, Thermopolis- $20 delivery fee will be added to final invoice.

Your final balance will reflect the exact take home beef weight that you will be receiving. To ensure accuracy in weighing your beef, we ask that additional payments to not be made until after receiving your final invoice via email. You will need to complete the payment prior to arranging pickup/delivery of your beef. If payments are not made within 30 days of the final receipt being sent, your order is considered abandoned and no refunds will be made. 

Yes. We will take down your contact information including a valid phone number, email address, your name, and the quantity you are interested in purchasing. Once a beef package is available, we will contact the wait list in the order they were placed. You will have 24 hours to respond and provide a holding fee payment to secure your beef.
